About Us

Tennis Association of Trinidad & Tobago, branded TennisTT, serves as the umbrella organization for local tennis.  Our purpose is to be the enabling body for tennis events as well as to provide a framework within which the great sport of tennis can flourish at every level in Trinidad & Tobago.

Being a non-profit organization with a Council and Executive, consisting of volunteers, the Association is dependant on the Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago (GORTT), the Trinidad & Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC), the Sport Company of Trinidad & Tobago (SporTT) and the International Tennis Federation (ITF) for financial and technical assistance.

TennisTT is committed to promote the game of tennis and to assist talented and promising young players with the support and cooperation necessary as a result, tennis is now accessible to more individuals through (i) the Junior Tennis Initiative (JTI) in primary schools, (ii) the Follow-up Programme and (iii) the National Development Programme, consisting of (a) Regional/Zonal, and (b) Elite Programmes and (c) Player Assistance.
