Cuba, Antigua & Barbuda, Haiti, St. Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, US Virgin Islands, Panama, Bahamas, Guatemala, and Suriname.

• 6 days of competition from Monday, August 4 to Saturday, August 9
• 2 pools of 5 teams battling for a chance to advance
• Each tie features 2 singles and 1 doubles match
• Top 2 teams move up to the Americas Group III in 2026
